Virtual Customer Service/Social Media Team Member APPLY NOW
This position would be responsible for the following:
- Responding to all marketplace messages and ensure customer issues are addressed or forwarded to the next in line for follow up.
- Responding to all incoming emails and ensuring customers are taken care of
- Responding to all chat requests as they come in and asking for assistance as needed during peak periods.
- Respond to comments and messages across all social media platforms
- Create interactive content across all of social media
- Finalize transactions on marketplace apps
- Refresh listings across the "select" marketplace apps at least once per day
